As Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will own and evolve the company's product narrative, competitive positioning, category strategy, and go-to-market orchestration across all product lines.
This is not a traditional PMM leadership role. You will design and lead an AI-native product marketing function where agents and real-time signals handle synthesis, distribution, and adaptation - and humans retain ownership of judgment, positioning, and category narrative. You will architect the strategic spine, the agent workflows, and the governance model that makes this work. This role is ideal for a senior PMM leader who has moved beyond using AI as a productivity tool and is ready to redesign how product marketing operates - replacing periodic, manual processes with continuous intelligence systems while maintaining the strategic craft that defines great PMM. Pay Transparency Statement: The base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $250,000 USD annually + bonus. These figures reflect the compensation offered for remote U.S.based candidates. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
