Vice President, Marketing Capabilities & Transformation
The Opportunity MedforthGlobal Healthcare Education (MGE) seeks a strategic and execution-oriented VicePresident, Marketing Capabilities & Transformation to modernize and scalethe organization's marketing infrastructure, technology, and operating model. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader will build and lead aMarketing Capabilities Center of Excellence responsible for marketingtechnology, digital platforms, automation, and AI-enabled engagement across theMedforth portfolio. This role will play a critical part in transforming marketing into atechnology-enabled growth engine, ensuring prospective students can moveseamlessly from inquiry to application through modern digital experiences andintelligent automation. A core priority will be implementing AI and agentic solutions that enhance theprospective student journey while reducing reliance on traditional digitalenrollment application and call center models. Key Responsibilities MarketingTechnology Leadership Defineand execute the roadmap for Medforth's marketing technology ecosystem,including CRM, marketing automation, and digital experience platforms. AI-DrivenTransformation Leadadoption of AI-powered engagement capabilities such as conversational agents,automated workflows, and predictive engagement models that enhance theprospective student experience. MarketingCapabilities Center of Excellence Buildand lead a centralized team responsible for marketing operations, martecharchitecture, website infrastructure, and platform governance. DigitalExperience & Platforms Overseethe institutional web ecosystem and ensure digital channels function ashigh-performing enrollment platforms fully integrated with CRM and marketingsystems. EnterpriseTransformation Drivemodernization through automation, scalable systems, and integrated datacapabilities that support enrollment growth and operational efficiency. Cross-FunctionalLeadership Partnerclosely with Marketing, Admissions, Growth & Strategy Analytics, and IT toensure technology, data, and workflows align to support the full enrollmentlifecycle. Candidate Profile Theideal candidate is a technology-savvy marketing leader and transformationarchitect with deep experience modernizing marketing organizations throughdata, automation, and AI. Preferred Experience
The anticipated salary range for the role is $170,000 - $230,000 per year. The final salary offered may vary and will be determined based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and education of the successful candidate.
